TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercise, and it's a type of suspension training that uses body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
The TRX system includes a suspension trainer, which can be placed over a closed door or hung from the ceiling. Both the strap, it’s over the door component, and/or X mount for the ceiling can be purchased through TRXtraining.com or Amazon.
Our TRX workouts will include strength training for legs, core, and upper body. We’ll also weave in some yoga and balance components in this 45-minute class.
